Good Day.

My name is Jacques Van der Westhuizen. I am an artist (sculptor) my first passion, as well as a businessman that loves what I do. I have the potential to create exceptional pieces of art, art décor unique furniture and anything decoratively/artistically interesting for the local and international market.
 

I have been sculpting fine art as well as decorative art (using mostly stainless steel, brass and carbon fiber as my media). I also design and fabricate high-end, custom made, retro furniture. I am bringing an array of interesting new media and colour to my artwork for new developments going for a more modern, minimalistic, contemporary feel.
I have exported across the globe. Five of my sculptures have been purchased by the prince of Saudi Arabia.

 

I have also won the SASSDA South African Stainless Steel art awards in 2016.And I was on the judging panel of the 2018 SASSDA Stainless steel Art Awards.
